Adam Siecinski
Co-Owner/CrossFit L-1
Adam started his fitness journey at an early age playing all different sports growing up. He participated in the WPIAL playoffs as the starting second baseman at Geibel Catholic Highschool as a freshman. He was then a WPIAL Qualifier multiple years throughout high school in both Track and Cross Country at Connellsville Area High School as well as a shooting guard on the Connellsville basketball team which reached the WPIAL playoffs and were section champions. After high school Adam pursued weightlifting before getting into rock climbing and American Ninja Warrior in which he was chosen to compete on twice. Adam then fell in love with Obstacle Course Racing and CrossFit in September of 2020. He received his CrossFit Level-1 Trainer Certification in July of 2021. Adam is a CrossFit, Ninja Warrior, OCR, and Spartan DEKA coach. Adam is passionate about and has experience coaching people of all ages in a multitude of areas of fitness to help them reach their personal goals.

Jamie Frank
Co-Owner/ Former D1 collegiate soccer player
Jamie started her fitness journey at an early age as she played various sports growing up. She stuck with soccer and competed at a competitive level throughout high school and college. As the captain of her high school soccer team, Jamie carried over her leadership skills to play collegiate soccer at Rutgers University and the University of Pittsburgh. Her passion for sports and fitness led her to continue that competitive drive into CrossFit after college soccer. She loves being in the gym and having the opportunity to coach others to reach their fitness and nutrition goals at all stages of life. Jamie is also pursuing her L-1 CrossFit certification by the end of the 2022 year.
